If you are not a frequent cake-baker or even if you are... knowing how many servings are in a cake of any size or shape can be tricky. If you find "official" guides that come with a cake pan, Wilton product or on the side of a box mix... they are not actually accurate. Yea, maybe if we were all sampling the cake and taking small bites, but who's doing that??
