Anyhoo, here is a good tip for you if you want to use FRUIT FILLING in your cakes! Before you apply the fruit filling to your layer, first outline that layer with a ring of your other frosting (i.e. buttercream). THEN fill THAT in with the fruit. Like THIS...



This will prevent your cake layers from slipping around because the regular frosting will hold each layer in place.
