Did you know? To adhere your fondant pieces or gum-paste pieces, the only thing you need is water or egg whites? Sure, there are all sorts of fancy "glues" out there... but you don't need them! Egg whites are just as effective. AND, you only need a tiny dab of egg whites... everyone thinks you need so much. 


This week I'll be posting pictures of a gum-paste harold I made over the weekend. Every joint was adhered with egg whites! Stay tuned!


So, don't buy more than you need to... just pop open your fridge!
